The tablet format keeps the cleaning process contained inside the shaker. Add water, follow the appropriate Everyday Clean or Shock Clean method, then rinse. There is no bulky bottle of cleaner to carry and no complicated setup competing with the rest of your day.

Each tablet is pre-portioned and individually sealed inside the compact 8-tablet blister pack. Keep it with your training gear, take it travelling or use it to experience Clean Whey with the shaker you already own.


How to use

Everyday clean. One tablet, 250 mL of water (warm to hot works best), lid on, shake for one minute, then rinse straight away and leave it open to air-dry. No soaking.

Shock clean. For a shaker that has been left, or one where the smell keeps returning: four tablets, 500 mL of hot water, rest on its side for 24 hours, flip it over for another 24, then rinse well. Two full days start to finish.

You can leave the lid and seal sitting in the solution as well for best results.

How to use it

Two methods, depending on the state your shaker is in. Pick the one that sounds like you.

Method 01

Everyday Clean

About 2 minutes

Your routine clean after training. No soaking, no brush.

  1. 1 DropOne tablet into the empty shaker.
  2. 2 Fill250 mL of water — warm to hot works best.
  3. 3 ShakeLid on, shake for one minute.
  4. 4 RinseStraight away, then leave it open to air-dry.

Drop. Shake. Rinse.

For best results you can leave the lid and seal sitting in the solution while the shaker drains.

Method 02

Shock Clean

48 hours

For a shaker that has been left, or one where the smell keeps coming back after washing. This one takes two days — it is meant to.

  1. 1 DropFour tablets into the shaker.
  2. 2 Fill500 mL of water — hot works best.
  3. 3 RestLeave it on its side for 24 hours.
  4. 4 FlipTurn it onto the other side for another 24 hours.
  5. 5 RinseEmpty it out, rinse well and leave it to air-dry.

Two full days, start to finish. Any before-and-after you see from us using this method was done over 48 hours, not a quick shake.

What actually happens

Dissolve

The tablet starts breaking apart the moment it meets water. Warmer water gets it moving faster.

Release

As it breaks down it releases oxygen through the water — that is the fizz you can see and hear.

Circulate

Shaking carries the solution into the lid seal, the screw threads and around the mixing ball — the places a sponge was never going to reach.

Lift

Softened protein residue releases from the surface instead of being scrubbed off it, and rinses away with the water.
