Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

During peak periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided by the carrier. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship:

  • Within Australia
  • To selected international destinations (where available at checkout)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier service disruptions
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather events
  • Carrier delays
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Where possible, we will assist you in tracking delayed shipments.

Risk and Title

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided, subject to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us at darius@cleanwhey.com.au as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos (if damaged)

We will assess the issue and provide a resolution in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
